Add the following note to Sheet C-2 or all other Sheet showing work in the right-of-way (RoW): “Excavation or other work in the right-of-way shall require a Traffic Control Plan that meets all Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) requirements. This plan is required before any permits to work in the right-of-way will be issued.”
Engineering Resolved 2. On Sheet C-5, add the following note: “Contractor shall coordinate with the City of Fargo Mains and Hydrants Department for all wet-tapping operations.”

Engineering Resolved 6. This is just a question/observation – it seems the sanitary could be simplified greatly by coming out the front of the building in 2 locations. Is this not possible?
Engineering Resolved 7. On Sheet C-3, has there been coordination with the neighbor to the south regarding demolition of half the approach? Also, at that location, are you re-paving the N-side flare on the approach? It is not shown on the paving plan. Lastly, if the neighbor is OK with total removal, that may be easier than partial removal. 10 May21 - Neighbor not OK with removal, per Andrew Thill, project Civil Engineer. Comment is closed
