Description

Sweet Dreams Confections intends to rent the vacant space next to them (Suite 900). The scope of construction work is to remove the smaller rooms along the north side of suite 900. As well as remove one larger room on the south west side of the space. Then repaint everything and install new flooring. A large opening will be created between their existing space and new space. The intent is to remove the door hardware and any exit indicators on the west door of suite 900. leaving a total of 3 exits for the combined space.
