Planning Resolved 1. Confirm if the gross floor area on the routing sheet of 4,613 SF is accurate. Our previously approved plans for this building shell show the gross floor area SF as 4,917 SF.

Section 20-0701.B requires the use of “restaurant, fast-food” to provide 1 parking space per 75 SF of “customer service and dining area” or 1 parking space per 150 SF of “gross floor area” – whichever is greater. Provide further information and calculations for the “customer service and dining area” to the gross floor area.
