Fire Resolved Fence gates are required to comply with IFC 503 and 503.5. Access is required to be maintained to fire hydrant and to maintain access to Track building to the south.
Inspections Open Please provide a separate value for the parking lot and site work for this project or apply for a parking lot permit through the web portal. We permit that separately so that the paving, striping, and landscaping don’t hold up the building final inspections. If you apply for the parking lot permit on-line, please note whether the value was included in the original submission for the building.
Inspections Open Sheet S002, Special inspections and reporting (if required) shall be provided on this project per IBC Sections 1704 and 1705. The permit applicant shall submit a statement of special inspections as required by IBC Sections 1704 and 1705. A copy of a summary is attached for your use. Please provide a list of special inspectors and their qualifications. Special inspector shall provide this office with a final report documenting required special inspections and correction of any discrepancies noted in the inspections as required by IBC Section 1704.2.4. A certificate of occupancy may not be issued for this project until the final report is received by this office.
