Engineering Resolved Engineering Department comments for this project can be found under the parking lot project for the same address.
WSEIA 41 Resolved Plans show 908.71 FFE well above the required 907.8 per 41' or 907.7 per FEMA.
Federal Aviation Administration Resolved Requested the architect to verify if cranes are to be used and if the FAA approval is needed.
Planning Resolved Clarify the construction limits for the site. The plans state a total lot area of 41,409 SF, but the City of Fargo's GIS map shows a total lot size of 88,828 SF.
Planning Resolved Show stacking spaces for the car wash on the site plan.
Planning Resolved Sidewalks should be included on paving and site plans for projects that require a building permit. However, given the scope of the project, it may not be required at this time. Please know that at any point in the future, city sidewalks may be ordered in by the City Engineer.
