Engineering Resolved 1. What is happening with stormwater on this site? Recommend running a model for the proposed site and verifying that this will tie into the rest of the NDSU system.

Engineering Resolved 8. Sheet C-1030 – Plumbing code requires a cleanout if sanitary sewer pipe fittings exceed 135 degrees. Add a cleanout to service on the west side of the building.
Engineering Resolved 9. Sheet C-1030 – Near the middle of the west side of the site, spacing between sanitary and storm pipes is less than 6”. Is there room to adjust either pipe? We would recommend adding insulation to prevent sanitary service from freezing.
