8. Sheet C-1030 – Plumbing code requires a cleanout if sanitary sewer pipe fittings exceed 135 degrees. Add a cleanout to service on the west side of the building.

9. Sheet C-1030 – Near the middle of the west side of the site, spacing between sanitary and storm pipes is less than 6”. Is there room to adjust either pipe? We would recommend adding insulation to prevent sanitary service from freezing.
